We do ship to Nunavut, however, the recipient is fully liable for whether or not the parcel arrives. If a parcel does not get delivered it is at the loss of the customer and we will not send another parcel without new order and payment.
When uploading ID from a mobile device, make sure to turn sideways for the upload button. The button may not be visible when the phone is upright.
No, not typically.
If a package is lsot, we create tickets with Canada Post to investigate the status of the parcel. We will not reimburse or re-send parcels showing as successful delivery – if there is a risk of this occurring you must send signature required.

Typically, shipping takes 2-3 business days typically. We do provide tracking numbers within 48 business hours of payment receipt.
We don't typically send with signature required.  If you would like to have your order shipped with signature required,  please request it in the order notes.

We currently only accept interac email e-transfer as a form of payment. This service is only provided if you have an online banking account. The payment instructions will be provided upon check out. When you finish placing your order an invoice will be provided via email with the instructions required to complete your payment process. Please ensure you copy these details down.
